Madawaska River Cottages are the ideal space for a family vacation, multi-family getaway, a romantic retreat, unique wedding or a corporate event. Each of the cottages is on a 2 acre property between towering trees and very private. They are all waterfront cottages offering amazing views, early sunrises on a private docks, sun all day long and perfect location for canoing and kayaking as well as hiking, biking, fishing or just enjoying the nature.

Amenities
Each cottage have:
Indoor:
- Queen, double or single beds in bedrooms and/or sofa bed in a living room
- Fully equiped kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove with the oven, microwave
- Small appliances : toaster, coffeemaker, kettle
- Dining table with seating for 4-6 people.
- Board games, TV, DVD player with variety of DVD’s and books
- Most of the cottages have wood burning stove in a living room
Outdoor
- Patio table with multiple seating on a deck
- BBQ and propane provided
- Private dock
- Clean, clear, weed-free river water
- Canoe or kayak
- Life jackets provided for 2 persons (but please note that it is better to bring your own, as we can not guarantie to have your size)
- Large open area for outdoor games (badminton, volleyball, etc.)
- Fire pit
- Parking area large enough for 2-3 cars
Extra On Site Service
- Linens – Bring your own. Wee can supply sheets – $25/bed
- Garbage removal – we can take your garbage to the disposal depot for you at the end of your stay – a flat fee of $25, or you take it with you.
