This section of the Madawaska River is very private and only allows for small boats (12-14 feet), canoes, sea-dos, etc. Larger boats may be launched at a boat launch 10 minutes away, where you have full access to the Madawaska River/Centennial Lake, giving you miles and miles of boating. And here in Griffith we have a family restaurant; a pub pizza/hamburger, wings, take-out and the LCBO and beer store.
